Why we began with ten pairs, the asymmetric cut, and the deliberate pace of small-batch shoemaking.
When we prepared the launch for NOVEQ, conventional retail logic urged releasing twenty styles across hundreds of units. We decided against it.
Drop 001 began with a singular focus: ten pairs of footwear, made by hand in intimate collaboration with our artisan partner in Lagos. We wanted to touch every hide, test the flexion on real feet across Lagos pavements, and ensure the unboxing experience felt personal and intentional.

Central to Drop 001 is The Twist Slide Pam. Instead of a traditional straight cross-strap, we drafted an organic crossing leather vamp. This subtle geometric shift allows the instep to flex naturally during stride without cutting into the top of the foot.
Every pair in this release comes with our slim kraft box, archival tissue, and a handwritten care card. For us, this is not just a product launch; it is setting our standard for everything that follows.
